Pamas Service were hired to do 3 jobs: replacement of faulty c/h boiler, installation of outside shower and provision of ventilation duct for tumble dryer. The work was done just before Christmas 2009 and was completed to our satisfaction within the predicted 2 days. Masoud and his 2-man team were professional in their work and displayed a helpful, polite, ‘can do’ attitude throughout.

When I discovered and reported an accumulation of water just after New Year, Masoud came out and fixed the leak (the cold water inlet hose on the washing machine had loosened as a result of the disturbance) without delay.

Pamas Property Services did our loft conversion in 2011. We chose them because we were impressed with the service from the beginning and with the detailed quotation.
Throughout the build we were very happy with the level of service. Communication was excellent and we felt supported throughout. The build was well project managed.
The final cost did go over budget but most of this was due to us choosing extra features which we hadn't previously specified.

We are very pleased with the loft conversion and would recommend the company.
