At Pamas Refurbishment Services we provide comprehensive answers to all our client’s property needs. From a small maintenance jobs to a complete Property refurbishment.  Our pro-active approach to service has led to an expanding list of clients in London and Surrey providing fast, efficient and reliable solutions all at sensible prices.  We employ a full time staff comprising of electricians, plumbers, general builders, roofers, carpenters and joiners with specialist knowledge of the building maintenance and refurbishment trade.

Upon initial inspection of the condition of the property, we will be able to tell you the average refurbishment cost expected - the estimated price is due to possible extra works needing to be done in order to bring the property up to maximum potential.

Estimates are backed with Free designs for Kitchen and Bathrooms as you would like them to be, also a free design by our designer as an alternative so you have a choice.

As with all of our services we can offer a basic or a premier service (Related costs will reflect the quality of the product installed). The differences are solely in the products that we install and their related costs. In both cases we will take responsibility for the entire project from beginning to end and simply hand the keys back to you once we have finished the job.

Guarantee is given on all our workmanship for 12 months with the final invoice. All materials we supply carry the manufacturer guarantee.
